No longer after the  Police  arrested two lawmakers of the Constituent Assembly (CA) Bishwonath Prasad Yadav and Gayatri Shah over the diplomatic passport misuse, again two CA menmbers have been arrested for misusing and selling their diplomatic red passport.

 The CPN-UML CA member Naradmuni Rana and Madhesi Janadhikar Forum-Nepal CA member Shiv Pujan Rai Yadav have  sold their diplomatic red  passports, according to the different reports including police report. The persons who had purchased the passports of the two CA members are currently in Australia, it is reported quoting Australian Embassy in Kathmandu and Police Authorities.

In the case filed under the Passport Act-1967, both lawmakers have have been made defendants  for tampering and misusing their diplomatic passports. Under this section if found guilty both will be entitled to one years imprisonment or up to Rs 500 fine or both.
